Ducks' opening fixture of the Super 6s, losing the toss and put into field worked in our favour on this wet showery outfield, the only glimpses of sunshine were coming from our deadly attack, keeping East London openers on their back foot, but the rays of the sun broke through as the lethal mid-order bowlers took over the lethal "Bomb" Ahmed in form from his 50 in 12 balls last week, worked his wizardry with ball baffling the batsmen with with his googlies, on the other the fast-paced sibet kept the total to 114.

With the smoke still around Victoria Park from the firworks display by the Ducks dynamite batting order last week, the in-form "Bomb" and "Dynamite" yet again fired some heavy artillery into the smoky sky, finishing on a huge SIX by sibet to finish the innings.

Tactician " ? ".

Biggup to the "Baby Duck" for keeping the score sheets, he was in the nets strengthing his bowling skills.

Finally a big thankyou to BERT, he is always on time unlike some of my soldiers with the BALL, and providing us with vital statistical data.
